Information we collect
We collect the information you provide through contact, account, alert, and scholarship-provider forms. This may include your name, email address, organization information, listing details, and message content. We collect basic technical information needed to protect the service and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use information to operate the directory, review provider submissions, respond to messages, send requested updates, maintain security, and improve listing accuracy. Provider contact permission is used only for verification, corrections, renewal, and listing-status communications.
What we do not collect
Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, FAFSA data, scholarship applications, or other highly sensitive documents. National Scholarship Directory does not process scholarship applications.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the directory or when required by law. We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for directory operations, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your contact information, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. To ask a privacy question, email office@nationalscholarshipdirectory.com.
